Authentic Italian pizza is hard to find, and the flavor is hard to beat. We use homemade hand-tossed dough and authentic pecorino, ricotta, Parmigiano Reggiano & mozzarella cheeses. Our 18-inch pizzas are finished in a traditional wood fired oven with temperatures up to 800 degrees. We also have a selection of fresh pasta dishes featuring ricotta filled raviolis, cheese torellini, or penne pasta covered in alfredo, pesto, marinara, or a rich meat sauce. Naples, Italy is the birthplace of pizza. And Woosters Square in Connecticut is the US hub of authentic Naples style pizza. That's our heritage.
