Waited and hour or more to get my food on a Sunday, they need to hire more people, I wanted mac and cheese but the time they started on my order it was sold out, the food is not bad but they really need to get it together
Food tasted good. It was freshly made and hot. Lemonade was very good too. Portions was just right. Prices are very reasonable. Staff was helpful, friendly, and professional. Music was good too! It was a pleasant experience.
The vegetable plate was delicious. They don't cook with pork for those of us who try to avoid pork.
We enjoyed the experience and service. Customer service was very good. The staff was very courteous. We ordered the catfish entree and it was very good and seasoned. I will go back again.

the food is pretty good. they give VERY TINY PORTIONS. The service is really slow.
The good tastes good however they give very SMALL portions. They also ran out of 2 sides that i like, which is common. The ladies that work there are mostly nice but now and then someone will have a bad attitude.
Great food & service; however I prefer to pay with cash so policy to fry food after payment causes extra delay.
I was told they were out of certain menu item but that was not a true statement. Another customer came in while I waited for my order and was able to get the item i requested.
We were there for at least twenty minutes before we were served. I ordered salmon croquettes and they tasted bland and like dough. Not a hint of salmon at all. The salisbury steak looked like a small burger with gravy on it, and it tasted very sweer.The collards, mashed potatoes, and yams were delicious. They did honor my $5 coupon that I had which was good. Besides the long wait to be served and the meatless meal, I will visit again and try something else.
Service is friendly, clean. Long wait for food. Call ahead for takeout. Everything was good, improvements needed on the salmon croquettes. Greens were good but too many stems
1st time dining in..The experience was great. Good service by the waitress. I came after the lunch crowd and my favorite item was unavailable (yams). But the waitress suggested the sweet potato pie.. On my it was delicious.
what a disappointment and waste of $35. Food was mediocre at best and service was horrible. For the life of me I cant figure out why so many people frequent this place.

They give VERY SMALL portions! You will NOT be pleased when you open the container. Do not expect to get full or your hunger satisfied...!

I've been there several times before and I felt this time the size of the shrimp I've order was totally not right for the price I paid. The shrimp was more like baby shrimp and not the fan tail shrimp I've received on my previous dining experience. I felt for a shrimp basket and the price I was charged I could have gone to another chain food restaurant and got a better deal and paid less.
the food is consistently good. because the meat/poultry is cooked to order, it is not fast. people at the counter are always friendly and helpful.

Our appetizer came out right away. I think they had to go to the fish market for one of our entres. All in all, service was great (all staff were very attentive) and food was really good.

Service is too slow and they seem confused in there. Also, they don't explain that all white meat is extra charge, so when bill is totalled it's then explained.
Service was good, the food was okay, we gotten wing which were good, our entrees were cat fish and the salmon croquettes, it could have been better the greens were really salty, the yams were too sweet, and the macaroni wasnt good at all. I tasted no real cheese more like the packaged cheese with no seasoning. I probably wont be back.
I was a little disappointed that may favorite menu item had changed. French Fries were different (not as good)And wings were half the size.

Staff was very attentive during my visit and food was fantastic.
The restaurant was nice. The food was ok I had smothered pork chops. I assumed it would automatically be served with rice, but it wasn't. Enjoyed the pork chops minus the rice. The mac n cheese was horrible it tasted watery and could not taste any cheese in my opinion. I enjoyed the collard greens they were good and well seasoned. My overall experience was good besides not having my smothered pork chops served with rice, which I didn't ask but pretty all restaurants I go to serve smothered pork chops rice. The mac n cheese was horrible. I would not try that side again if I go back.

I did a take out order. Though they said you can order an they can prepare anything on the menu, I just ordered what was in ready in the counter.
