We have come a long way since Frank Mainolfi baked the first commercial loaves of Italian bread in Rutland in 1900. Now, Charlotte Bunnell (formerly the operator of The Hangar Cafe is back in the kitchen at Uncle Tony's VT, offering up his famous Square Pizzas daily, the equally famous "Dave's Wings" as part of our Catering menu, and much, much more...
