We eat at the Ranchero approximately 3-6 times a month. No matter if we are using a restaurant.com coupon or simply paying cash we get the same customer service and quality of food. We use a coupon about 1-2 times out of the 3-6 times a month we eat here. The prices are great and the food is amazing. Ranchero has the freshest salad bar around. Our servers are usually Mrs. Bonnie or Mrs. Phylis. Both are great. They talk with us and we have the best time with them. Whenever we have friends come to town we bring them here to eat because the steaks are so delicious as well as everything on the menu. If you are ever around you have to stop in. We always order the onion rings for our appetizer. Look forward to trying a new appetizer next time.
When ever I visit Clarksdale, MS, Ranchero is a must stop. Not only is the food great, the service is equally as great. The staff is the friendliest ever... And the owner is one of the Sweetest and considerate person ever.. She's always got time to speak to her customers and make them feel like they are appreciated. Their rolls are the best

Food and service excellent, dining room too cold to be comfortable. When told waitress it was cold rather than turning up the heat she just responded that this room was not insulated. It was 45 degrees outside.

WE WERE TAKEN ABACK THAT THE $25.00 GIFT CARD WE WERE GIVENHAD TO BE USED FOR PURCHASE OF$35.00 PLUS -- WE HAVE NEVER HAD THAT ON ANY GIFT CARD AND OUR BILL WAS $34.09 - WE HADTO PURCHASE BREAD TO TAKE HOMESO THAT OUR BILL WOULD BE OVER $35.00 AND WE COULD USETHE GIFT CARD - I HAVE LIVEDMANY PLACES AND HAD MANY GIFTCARDS AND HAVE NEVER SEEN THISSTIPULATION ANYWHERE ELSE.VERY DISAPPOINTING !!!
