We have dined at this restaurant numerous times, and the service and the food has always been excellent. However, on this occasion I was extremely disappointed that my request for extra sauce on my take-out pizza was not fulfilled. In fact, there was so little sauce on my pizza that I could hardly see it. A very disappointing experience.

The cashier was very patient with my family as we made decisions on what slices we wanted to try. Everyone was satisfied with the choices they made and the slices were tasty and filling.

The pizza is delicious - fresh, flavorful, interesting ingredients/toppings! We had a great sub too! It is really fun to take the pizza home and bake it (so easy!) and have it hot out of the oven - as if it were homemade - without all the work!

When I received my order, a spider was crawling out of the pizza box. I was grossed out. The staff kindly replaced my pizza, & the service was great, but that ruined a great outing.

Superstars is always consistently good and the employees are always friendly. This is a GREAT, low-key place to bring my 4-year old - many of the other patrons have kids so I don't feel so bad if she acts up!

great subs, pizza, and staff. little expensive for me but worth it. the only complaint i have is too much of the sauce which makes the bread soggy for to-go orders wrapped in foil.

I actually eat at Superstars more than 2-3 times a year; it's more like 8-9 times in a year. I visit more frequently during the summer. The food is excellent, the staff is friendly and helpful, and I recommend it highly to friends and family. Superstars is on the short list for best pizza in RVA.

Was not aware it was "take and bake". Couldn't eat the pizzas we ordered there. Had to go home and cook which defeated the purpose of going out. Nothing mentioned on the coupon about that. Said dine in only.
