Very relaxed, unhurried, quiet ambiance. The food is always excellent! Great service!
The shrimp in my Alfredo came with the entire shell on, including the legs. I've never experienced shrimp served this way in my life. My server agreed to remove the shell, but what remained was mangled and some shell still attached. Very disappointing. And only 4 small shrimp.
Novo is a No Go. Horrible service, meh food, and it took over 40 minutes to receive our order. Our server forgot to bring a take out box 3 times. He didn't check-in with us on the delay of our the food.

the server Jocelyn was great..she had a great personality,very attentive to our order and other requests, knowledgeable about the food... food came in a short time to our table, in addition to our first serving of bread and drinks...we're sitting at the patio where it has the right temperature of the gas heaters...small but cozy place....
Food was very good, the service was excellent and the restaurant had a very pleasant atmosphere, we will return.
The pasta was bland, broccoli soggy, and the server was horrible.
Novo Cafe is our "go-to" place for Italian food. Food is always good and service is outstanding. We have been going to this place for about 4 years now and still will go anytime we have cravings for Italian food.

came in at 11:00 am and got refused to get a breakfast.
odd that it was sooooo empty - we were the only diners for breakfast at 9 am - nice and quiet but a little too much so because it takes away from the dining experience. on the other hand, i wouldn't want it to be too crowded!! lol

Right next to our hotel, outside patio which was perfect. Food was DELISH and our service was excellent and knew the business. Vacationing in Burbank and loved visiting after our tour at Warner Brothers

The restaurant is very clean and has a nice outdoor seating area. You order food from the counter, receive a number, and choose your seat. Soon someone will deliver your food and drink unless you ordered water, in which case there is a water dispenser with lemon that's self serve. I had a chicken chopped salad that wasn't chopped yet was still tasty. My boyfriend had a mushroom pasta dish that he finished completely, so I assume it was pretty darn good. The atmosphere was a little stuffy. The kind where trendy interferes with comfort. Yet, I would say this cafe is worth checking out. I might return with some gal pals for a meal.

The appetizers were delicious. The entrees were good. The patio was wonderful and the service was good. However, the part that we didn't like was that we had to go to the counter to order our drinks, order our food and then go in to pay. Full service would be excellent.
Food is always very good and plentiful. I have the chicken medeira which is wonderful.
