We go there specifically for the fried shrimp. They are among the best in the area. They are definitely the best value.

the food was very good, but the service, while friendly was hit or miss; the server took one of our glasses for a refill and didn't come back, we had to eventually ask for that, and for the fries that came with our order from another server. The restaurant was not busy, or that would have been more understandable
Lacked customer service and the atmosphere was not what I was expecting, few customers but it was loud. The food was humungus portions but extremely greasy and fattening.

We always enjoy dining at this restaurant. Food is EXCELLENT...........try their chicken wings. VERY GOOD!!!!!!!!!!
This is a fun place to go. EXCELLENT FOOD & a great atmosphere. Not too loud & not too dull......just right!!!
The crab and cheese soup is usually creamy and orange. This time it was brown-colored and thick as if overcooked. Not soupy more "plastery".
Our server (one of the bartenders) was very friendly and attentive. He provided the best service that we have had at Keith's in a while. Service is usually good, he was exceptional. The food was very good as usual.
It was our fourth time eating here but first time eating here for dinner on a Saturday around 6:00 p.m.. Crowd at bar was loud entire time we had our meal and there were some games near the bar and our table that customers were playing while loudly cheering. It was annoying to my family to try and eat dinner with customers being so loud, it was too much of a bar scene for us to have a nice meal with our kids. However, we have gone for lunch here in the past and it was not the same type of atmosphere, more quiet and better for us as a family.

The food always tastes great. The service is outstanding. Keith's is one of our regular dining spots.

Food was great, service good, but the table was dirty and sticky from years of use. Needs some murphy's oil soap or degreaser BAD! Had to put a napkin down where my arms touched the table.

Old Florida or Key West vibe. Enjoyed the atmosphere. Service was good, portions were large and quality was very good. Not fine dining but relaxed and fun.

Potato skins were great with sufficient loaded toppings, wings perfect and the healthy option of grilled grouper with broccoli was tasteful and perfectly prepared. The ambiance is super unique sitting under mature live oaks with an old Florida feel. Service was friendly and efficient. Can’t wait to return. Highly recommend. Plenty of TV’s too.

Due to review comments about service I was a little concerned when I walked in and realized there was only one waitress working the floor and also the bar.However, Nikki was on the ball. Got me seated, got order in fairly quickly, considering she had to come back twice as I had not been here before and took a while to go over menu and ask questions which she quickly answered. Food came out in reasonable time, hot, crispy (fried seafood platter) and cooked right and tasty. The crab cake was more like a patty, but was good. Clam strips were tender, not chewy, but a little heavy on the breading. Fish and shrimp were thick and perfect. Nikki stopped by several times to check if food OK and if I needed anything. Quite amazed at how she kept up with all her customers. It was midafternoon so maybe they were in their slow time. Another girl came in to waitress also as I was leaving. The seafood was as good as any "fish camp" back home and much better than most bar and grills.

My wife had the chicken tenders. We would both recommend something more flavorful as far as the breading is concerned. The chicken breading had no flavor and you had to drown it in sauce to make up for it which is not the best considering you should enjoy the flow or of what you are eating.

server was very curt. regulars were in, chatting up a storm, not a word was spoken to me only order related. Needed to sit outside, my husband is disabled, took food and drinks out myself, not a problem, I am a server also. I ordered rib eye steak, at 11:15 am, $20, husband had Reuben. Food was great as usual, have been coming here for 16 years. She did not even stick here head out the door to ask if all was well. Saved myself a 10.00 tip.

This place should be just a bar and no food. The food is lack luster but the drinks are good.
This was our second time in 2 days. This time was much disappointing than yesterday. Waitress was not friendly. Dropped off food without stopping and continue walking. Seemed not to care about how customers feel. We had no chance to ask questions when she approached.

Waitstaff was limited, but there weren’t many patrons at tables anyways. They were mostly at the bar. Waitress was nice, just a little slow between coming by to our table.

I had the clam strips with coleslaw and fries. They should have been called clam pieces because if there were three ( 3 ) strips over an inch there were a lot. Disappointing.

We dine an The Oaks on a regular basis. The staff is very freindly.
The staff was not attentive and had poor customer service. We were not waited on in a timely fashion and had to ask for a server to take our order. At the end of the meal we had to search for our server for our check.

Taco Salad was a was a cold left over shell with bad taste and the ingredience were terrible-
I ordered the grouper Reuben I do not believe that was real group or it just didn’t have the taste for the texture I am used to and also there wasn’t that much fish on the sandwich the fresh pork skins were excellent will come back just for that and the salad was also good
The resturant needs to be remodeled...its old and the bar stools are very uncomfortable

We make much better & less expensive @ home. Ordered bowl of gumbo & received 1/2 bowl. Chicken wings & loaded fries were really good could have been improved with more sauerkraut on wings.. waitress was helpful, polite & quick.

When we first got there they were not able to seat us because they were too busy and then when we receive our food we had to wait an hour to get it

The restaurant was over 1/2 empty and we were seated next to a storage area. Not appealing. The food was inconsistent. The onion rings were fabulous, the coconut shrimp were average and the fried calamari was horrible.
They are always very attentive and the food is great. Keith is ALWAYS there to say hello.
