We had a great time, and the staff was extremely friendly. Perfect experience!
We ordered 4 meals which took almost an hr to get. & all the food atill taated cold & nothing fried was even crunchy. Even with this certificate, qe paid way too much for nasty food.

Service by Chelsea was great! Food was great! We told Chelsea we were sharing our meals, and she brought us an extra plate. Fun time, quiet atmosphere.

Server was attentive. Food was quick and delicious.
Jordan was new but was very competent and lots of fun. Food and service was great!
Great food. Service was decent and the atmosphere was ok. A large group was a little annoying as they were throwing darts right next to our table. Sit in the bar when you go and you should be good.
The service was excellent last night and the food was fantastic. Can't beat a $7 burger and pitcher on a monday!
The food was good but our crab wonton nachos were about 15% burnt and it took twenty mins to be noticed at the bar and an hour to get our food . We left twice before that because we were tired of waiting but we stayed at the hotel so that was most convenient. You need more servers for sure.

We went on Thursday for ribs - ribs were not tender. One of the members in the party ordered a steak salad - steak had no flavor. Tried once but won't return.
it is truly a bar that serves food. One bar maid that did it all-drinks to food. She was pleasant but spread very thin. décor needs update and cleanup.
Only thing preventing a 5 was the fact that they brought me bone-in wings instead of the boneless I ordered.

I Had a marinated Sirloin Steak. I ordered it medium and it was raw and very mushy. I could not even cut it, it was very stringy. The waters showed it to the cook and offered to cook another one but I declined and she gave me a credit.
They were under staffed when we dined

Our server forgot several times of the things we ordered and had to reorder a few times. We also got all the desserts (shared with 5 people) and the key lime pie was chewy and rubbery. The manager credited that one and offered for a different dessert.

Our waitress was very busy. It seems that they should have had more than 2 waitresses for that evening.
The chicken in the salad was dried out and overcooked. The drinks were small.
Confusion on who was going to wait on us. It took a long time to get waited on. The person who finally waited on us, was the one who kept saying,she will be right with you.

I would say the atmosphere needs some serious improvement. I found the decor sad, outdated.
Nice place with very pleasant staff, food was good, the red sauce was a little different flavor than I am used too on pasta but it was good. Steak was excellant.

we had the shrimp aptizers they were over done and looked like the had actually were leftovers.
The food was great but the ice tea was horible. My husband did not want to offend the waitress so he never said anything, just smiled and said thanks. Lol
