Great food and super service!
we did take out due to COVID but food was ready and packaged when I arrived at the time specified.
We did not eat in the restaurant due to the COVID-19 lockdown, but took our food home to dine. Meal was almost ready when I arrived - a bit early. Manager and server were both very pleasant. We rarely eat out or take out but this was a good experience and we will probably do it again in the near future.

Food is always excellent and our service Don is one of the best servers we've ever had! We like the intimate atmosphere as well.
Waitress was not friendly with us until I spoke to her in Spanish. Her whole demeanor changed when she thought I was Mexican....I had been there before with other waitstaff and found them to be most gracious, attentive and nice....but not this one and I do not know her name...

Warm and aromatic foods enhance your nose as you dive into the chips & salsa ( the very best I have ever had ) along with an adult beverage we ordered. The meal very good and large ! Filled us with tasty Mexican food and relaxed us as well.

This was our favorite restaurant in Montrose before we moved to Texas and we were not disappointed today. In fact, it ranks up there with our favorite Mexican restaurants where we live in Texas. Great food, excellent service, nice atmosphere, and fairly priced.

waitress disappeared when we asked for cabbage salsa. when she returned, she took another table's order and still didn't have our salsa.

The people were friendly, the food was good and promptly served. The amount of food served was more than an average diner could complete and the staff was happy to provide "take-home" boxes.
We were disappointed that we couldn't get white meat with the chicken tandoori that comes with the buffet. We would have gladly paid a small upcharge. As it was, we opted not to even have the chicken. We have always gotten white meat the past, but that was with the man rather than the woman.
It would be nice to be offered refills of iced tea and water .

This is our favorite Mexican restaurant in Montrose Colorado and, as usual, the food was excellent. My only complaint would be the fact that our server didn't tell us about their Sunday buffet (we haven't dined there on Sunday before) plus there wasn't a sign or any mention of it on the menu. After we ordered, we noticed the buffet setup in the other dining room and it really looked good. We asked the server about it when she brought our food and she told us what was included and the price. She also offered to take the order back if we wanted the buffet. We decided to keep what we ordered but we would have chosen it if we had known about it before we ordered. I am not overly upset about this issue but the restaurant should be notified that information about a Sunday buffet (especially what is included and the price) should be displayed on a sign in the entrance and also in the menu, plus the server should inform the guests about the buffet without being asked.

Great service. Very nice staff who filled out drink orders promptly and checked on us through out dinner refilling chips, salsa and drinks. All meals were excellent.

The buffet was nice. We enjoyed the variety. We asked for tortillas. We think others would like them with the buffet. The flan was wonderful. The iced tea was good. The employees were friendly and helpful. The singer had a nice voice. We almost didn't go because the certificate had the wrong address and that place was closed. Please correct it.

This is the first time that I have rated my dining experience less than excellent at this restaurant. Actually, the service and food was excellent except for the rice which had an old greasy taste. I should have said something to my server but I didn't. In the past, I have enjoyed eating at Fiesta Guadalajara but this time I was a little disappointed.
As in previous visits, I couldn't have asked for a better dining experience.
Excellent Mexican food at a reasonable price and very personable waiter who provided great service. We recently moved to the area and have dined at Fiesta Guadalajara several times...and never disappointed.
We've been dining at Fiesta for about 15 years, it's alaays been great, good food, lots of it, and good prices.
