Established in 1999, the Blue Quail Deli, located on the historical square, in Goliad, TX, is an award winning deli, serving soup, salad and sandwiches. The Blue Quail is home to the award winning, "Cream of Jalapeno" soup, homemade chicken salad, classic deli sandwiches, like their famous Reuben, Club, Grilled Chicken and BLT, served on fresh baked wheat or white bread. Panini's are also offered, and the Veggie Panini is a favorite. Together with the Cream of Jalapeno, the deli offers an additional homemade, made from scratch, soup option, daily, both of which can be purchased by the cup, the bowl or the quart! Or, in a bread bowl! The hospitality offered by the "Blue Crew" is consistent. Open 11:00am- 2:00pm, Monday thru Saturday.
