The pizza was delicious. The appetizer platter was not that good; you can tell it was from frozen. If I come back, I won't order any appetizers. They should make their appetizers from scratch.

We had out of town guests from Italy and Vermont, USA. The Italian couple had the seafood pasta with the salad and garlic bread. She wasn’t familiar with our salad dressings so the waiter brought her 3 different ones. The mom and daughter from Vermont had a pizza. My friend and I shared a forget-about-it salad. Everyone loved what they ordered and wanted to be a regular .Freddy was an amazing waiter.????
The servers in this fine dining establishment are first rate. The wait was about 20 minutes for the food but it is cooked to order and their Pizza is wonderful. Definitely a place we can go back over and over again.
We love to go to Big Nicks. Going back 15 years ago when the Port Of Long Beach (Matson) would do lunches for the employees they went to Big Nick’s! There is always 4 of us who go. I also get your Restaurant.com coupons. The 2 of us can easily spend over $30.00. Service is excellent always and my sandwich is good for dinner also
This restaurant is fantastic. Cold food is cold, hot food is hot, and all food is delicious. The chef and wait staff are to be highly commended. Everyone is so friendly. I love coming here. It was the first time a couple of my friends came and they REALLY enjoyed it as well!

We love the food at Big Nick's Most of the time we go with another couple and one of us will say we need a Gig Nick's fix. there is so much on the menu. It will take a long time to just try the sandwiches and that's just the beginning the salads are wonderful. If you don't know about Big Nick's you could just drive by. We are already planning to go again and take another couple with us. You ask a question later on and yes we loved that we got the certificate for restaurant. com was one of the reasons for this visit

The Spaghetti with Mizithra was very bland. Tasted like boiled noodles sprinkled with mizithra. Normally it has butter, garlic and a bit of brown sugar.
The food is ALWAYS fresh, great tasting. The staff is attentive and friendly; and, this time, there were some people causing problems in the parking lot near us, and the manager went out of his way to come and apologize to us.

We really like this restaurant. The Calzone is delicious, and I also LOVE the house salad with Italian dressing, a little blue cheese mixed in, and lots of Parmesan added to it. It is soooo good. I crave it!

It was way too packed and the parking lot was horrible for having 2 restaurants next to eachother plus a donut shop and a liquor store and insurance place you would think they would have a parking lot to park more then 15 cars the restaurant was so packed you would think the place would have more seating as well... the pizza was nasty but the pasta was good but i wouldnt go back

Both the food and the service were excellent as usual. We all love the homemade salad dressings. But we all had different things from soup to sell it to sandwiches and a chicken entrée. All were very good.

Excellent, friendly service, HUGE portions; we had chicken parmigiana and a large pizza. We took over half of it home. And we are big eaters. We were not crazy about the tiramisu, but that was the only negative. The dinners were delicious. We will go again!

Dry chicken, I mean really dry, on the bbq pizza. Had to pick it off it was so chewy. Not a crispy crust like I asked for and not enough sauce. Sorry but dominos is better....also really expensive for a large pizza $21.99? Not worth it.

We had the ribs which were and always are, fantastic! I also tried the 1/2 roasted chicken and although quite tasty, it was the smallest chicken I've ever seen.
The prices on the menu at restaurants .com are about 50% lower than what the real prices are on their now menu.

The two girls who took care of us tonight were not good. We come here at least twice a month. We come sometimes in big parties or just sometimes with our 2 small kids. Food is always awesome. Matt the bus guy was the best person ever. My son spilled his drink and cleaned everything up promptly we were seriously waiting 10 mins after we boxed up our food waiting for our check to b dropped off. I used to work at the Olive Garden for 5 years so I understand food service and had many bad days but Matt saved it for us. If the food was not good this would b our last time there.
The food was subpar. Lobster bisque tasted more like tomato soup. Nothing special about the pasta. The crab cake is overpriced and does not taste as good as other restaurants with lower priced crab cakes. The restuarant got to be pretty busy and was obviously understaffed. We were neglected much of the time.

Waitress made an error on my bill, the charge should of been $13.dollars before tip, but it was $20.00 before tip. when I approached her she said tip was alrweady included. THat was incorrect info. After I explained her error we correct the bill to be $13.00 and I still gave her a 15% tip. of the original cost of the meal $38.00.

Calamari was requested crispy. Came out soggy. Waitress immeaditely offered to redo it. It came out fine the second time. Wife would have preferred the eggplant in the Eggplant Parmesan dish to be breaded. Nevertheless, it was excellent, fresh and all food was delivered hot. Loved the 4 cheese pizza. Enough food left to take home for another meal for two.

The expanded dining area is nice. There are tables for 6+ seating. The service was very good. The pizzas as usual were great and my the ranch dressing is my favorite.

The staff was lovely if a little slow. It was the other customers that were annoying allowing their children to play tv shows out loud at the table. Appetizers came out after the main entrees and bread served after the soup.
They really have a group of great servers. Very friendly and attentive!
Amazing food
We were pleasantly surprised when we sat down. When we first walked up we thought it looked like a to go pizza place but they sat us in back and it was great!
Big Nick's always serves delicious, more than ample portions. A lot of choices on the menu....go often and try them all. The pizza choices are all excellent as well as all the pasta dishes with really great sauces. I enjoyed the chicken marsala and had enough to take home for lunch the next day.
The salads came after the pizza was served.

We work at a local Refinery and find it convenient to eat at Nicks. The Service along with the great tasting food make it an almost everyday event.

besides us there was only 1 other table, we were there at 4pm, not busy yet. Service was slow. There was 3 employees. 1 was eating behind the bar. 1 was sweeping, I dont appreciate people sweeping when I'M EATING! need to wave down waitress to get drink refill.
Wow, at first glance you may take this for just a little pizza joint, but get past the lack of curb appeal and limited parking, and you will find some of the best italian food and sandwiches you will ever taste!!

Big Nick's is a comfortable, casual, friendly place to enjoy terrific food with a great staff of servers. We were celebrating a family member's birthday and our server was efficient, attentive, patient and just super with is.

Big Nick's is always great. We shared the Big Nick's Pizza and all agreed that it could not have been any yummier. It was piled high with so much stuff that it was almost overkill, but we were glad that it was so. Our server was friendly and attentive, which is always a plus nowadays.

Great food and friendly atmosphere, they are expanding the dining area, they leased the space next to them, so more seating is coming. I haven't ordered anything that i didn't like, very good food!
